Policies
We love all of our clients at Norfolk HQ, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly beauty salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. If you have any questions, just get in touch.

Please read through the policies below and familiarise yourself with them prior to any appointments. Thank you.

Cancellation
Please note I require a minimum 48hrs notice to change or cancel an appointment. Cancellation within 48hrs or no-shows requires payment of the full appointment cost. Further appointments will not be made until this charge is paid
We do understand sometimes emergencies happen and will take this into account.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, we may have to reschedule and this may incur a no show charge, this is due to appointments being booked to the appropriate treatment times, and being late may run into somebody else’s appointment while adding stress to your technician to complete the treatment to your desired standard.

Booking & Appointments
It is important to book the correct treatment slot when making appointments and request any changes a minimum of 48 hours prior to an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate these where possible. In the case of wrong bookings, the beauticians hold the right to cancel.

Patch tests
All treatments below but are not limited to: tint, Henna, lifting solutions, or adhesive require a patch test a minimum of 48hrs prior to treatment, these need to be repeated if there is a laps of 6months between treatments, change in medical history, a positive covid test or you’ve received your covid vaccine. We will endeavor to do our best at reminding clients to book these however they are the responsibility of the client and we remain able to cancel your appointment should you fail to complete the patch test.
Patch test results are important to ensure no allergies or sensitivities to products we use are present. It is the clients’ responsibility to alert us to any form of reaction. Even when patch tests are complete and no form of reaction is seen there is still a slim chance that a reaction can occur or develop over time, we hold no liability for this.

Children
Please note we do not allow children in the salon. This is for their safety and our quality of work. Appointments are often long and there are lots of tools and products around that could be harmful.
Children in the workplace also void my insurance meaning I will be unable to carry out treatments. I am sorry for any inconvenience but I hope you understand this is for their safety as well as ours.
Minors
Due to insurance and manufacturers' guidelines, I am not permitted to treat anybody under the age of 16. Those under the age of 18 in the UK are considered minors and therefore must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their appointment, at no point during treatment can the parent or guardian accompanying them leave the room.

Facilities
Please note that although I do have access to a bathroom it is not directly in the salon so please try to use your facilities before arriving.

Covid
Although guidelines in England have been lifted for the safety of everybody in the salon and clients we still have safety measures in place that we ask you to follow. Please do not attend any appointments should you feel unwell or have any symptoms of covid.
